After the acquisition of Australia's Allco Aviation, HNA Group established HNA Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HNA Hong Kong"), an international aircraft leasing company, in January 2010. Headquartered in Hong Kong, HNA Hong Kong has offices in Sydney and London and is mainly engaged in aircraft leasing and asset management.

Now HNA Hong Kong has customers such as Qantas, British Airways, Emirates Airlines, Ryanair in Europe, and Wizz Air. It owns and manages 71 aircrafts. By the end of 2010, its fleet value has exceeded RMB 20 billion; HNA Hong Kong ranks 16th in the world in the industry.


Aigle Azur Transports Aeriens

As France's second largest airline company, Aigle Azur Transports Aeriens has 11 aircrafts and offers domestically scheduled passenger flights and internationally scheduled passenger flights to places such as Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia in North Africa, Portugal, Italy and Mali. The company also provides the charter service, freight service and wet lease service.


Ghana AWA Airlines Company

HNA Group founds Ghana AWA Airlines Company in Ghana together with companies such as China-Africa Development Fund, Strategic African Securities in Ghana and Ghana's Social Security Administration to expand the aviation industry and its upstream and downstream industries in Africa. Now the company has two ERJ14 aircrafts flying two domestic routes in Ghana. The company will gradually open the routes from Accra, Ghana to major cities in West Africa.
